artist statement

Above I have given some key words what is my art about. It has been a mystery to myself for a long time what my art is about, because it is about so many things that doesn’t seem to relate with each other. I only trust that in some ways my art would make sense, (or does it have to?) when I take that  just do it -attitude rather than built some beautiful philosophical narrative out of it. My way is  that I keep on making my thoughts, my prayers, my questions into a materialistic form by  a painting or making a sculptural installation.

I have a little obsession with mountains. I am maybe not that great mounteneering guide but I love mountains. Nature on general has to do with my art. It is a big source of inspiration to me. I love reading about the history of walk, for example Rebecca Solnits Wanderlust has influenced my thinking on this subject. I made friends with Rousseu, Kirkegaard and Thoureau by reading her book.
